Improve your site's conversion

Your site already gets visitors, but too few buy or contact you. We find where they drop off, then we fix and test your pages to raise your chances of getting more sales and leads from the same traffic.

The 30-minute call with a partner is free.

We are proud to contribute to our clients' success.

What we often hear

Does this sound like you?

  • “I have traffic, but very few sales.”
  • “My site looks good and sells nothing.”
  • “Visitors drop off along the way and I don't know where.”
  • “We redo the site every three years and sales don't move.”
  • “People know us, visit the site and leave without doing anything.”

The work

We start with a 90-day conversion sprint.

Here is what we do during those 90 days.

01

Audit from your data

We analyze your visitors' paths, the drop-offs, the friction and the pages from which they leave the site.

02

Rank fixes by value

We start with the fixes that touch the most revenue.

03

Test rather than guess

We validate the important changes with A/B tests (two versions of a page compared with real visitors) and we keep the version that sells best.

04

Make your site fast and stable

We remove the brakes on speed and stability, because technical performance also influences conversion.

05

Redesign only if the structure blocks

If the very structure of your site prevents the sale, the audit shows it. The redesign then becomes a separate project.

06

Measure sales before traffic

We judge each change on your sales and your leads rather than on the number of visits.

The goal

A site that does not convert makes everything else more expensive.

Every advertising dollar and every ranking gained in search go through the same place: your site. That is why conversion weighs so much in our recommendations. It is often the cheapest and quickest lever.

The work starts from real data rather than opinions: where people drop off, what they look for without finding it and what makes them hesitate when it is time to buy or send a request. We fix, measure, then start again. We begin with your priority pages, often your landing pages (the pages where a visitor arrives after a click).

This work rests on conversion rate optimization carried out continuously. When the structure of the site is itself the problem, it rests on a redesign instead.

What gets measured: the conversion rate by source, the average order value and your revenue at constant traffic.

Beyond Quebec

A buyer from elsewhere is reassured differently from a buyer from here.

A visitor from Vancouver, Lyon or Chicago arrives on your site with other checking reflexes. They look for signals you may never have needed to display. Their absence can be enough to make them leave without anything showing in your reports.

  • Currency and prices displayed locally. A price in Canadian dollars on a site viewed from France can create hesitation even before the cart.
  • Delivery, lead times and the border. The buyer wants to know what crosses, how fast, at what cost and who pays the duties. What is left unsaid often looks complicated to them.
  • Social proof from the right market. Testimonials that are entirely from Quebec do little to reassure a buyer in Ontario, who is looking for someone like them.
  • Compliance and the notices expected. Regulatory expectations and mandatory notices vary, particularly in Europe. Their absence can read as a lack of seriousness.
  • Adapted forms. Postal codes, provinces, states and telephone numbers change from one country to the next. A form that refuses a valid address can lose a customer who was already convinced.

When what is at stake is no longer the page but the market itself, the Develop a new market engagement takes over.

90-day sprint

How the sprint unfolds

  1. 01

    We do the audit.

The conversion audit comes before any change to your site. The plan belongs to you, even if you stop there.

  2. 02

    We move forward in steps.

The sprint moves forward in steps, with regular working sessions. Measurement comes first, because it decides how reliable everything else is. A request that comes in during a step is prioritized at the next step and the schedule does not move.

  3. 03

    We take stock.

The sprint ends on figures, a look back at what worked best and your decision.

  4. 04

    We train your teams.

Your team learns to read a drop-off path and to decide what to fix. You keep control, with or without us.

The investment

A flat-rate sprint

The sprint opens an engagement with no fixed duration. These 90 days serve to fix the most costly leaks and to launch the first tests, then the work can carry on page by page, month after month. A point of conversion gained can apply to all the traffic you already pay for. On day 90, you decide what comes next according to the results.

The sprint milestones

  • Around week 2The conversion audit is delivered and presented: where your visitors drop off and which fixes come first.
  • Around week 4Measurement is repaired and the first fixes are live.
  • Around day 45The mid-point review takes stock of each fix and each test, with the figures.
  • Around day 75The decision meeting presents the road map for the next 90 days, as options.
  • Day 90The report with figures covers your conversion rate, the average order value and your revenue at constant traffic. We also review what worked best, what takes priority next and what we drop.

90-day conversion sprint

From $6,500

This price covers the conversion audit, three months of fixes and tests on your priority pages and a report with figures on day 90.

The sprint has no ceiling of work set in advance: this price is a starting point that adjusts to your case.

The sprint is delivered on your current platform, WordPress or Shopify included. The website managed with AI is not part of it: it is a separate project, offered from $12,000 for a full build or migration, or from $5,200 to lay its foundations.

Then: the monthly CRO engagement carries on from $1,295 a month.

One variant or one change a month on whatever weighs the most in your conversions, measured over 30 to 60 days depending on your volume of traffic and conversions.

Sprint starts are limited each month.

The framework

What the sprint includes and what it does not

What is included

  • The conversion audit: where your visitors drop off, step by step, what they look for without finding it and what makes them hesitate when deciding.
  • The real state of your figures: the conversion rate by source, the average value and the quality of measurement.
  • A costed action plan that puts the quick wins first.
  • Reliable measurement: your sales connected to your CRM (your customer management software) and tracking installed server-side (on your server rather than in the browser, so more reliable).
  • Three months of fixes on your priority pages, starting with the leaks that touch the most revenue.
  • The speed and stability fixes that hold back conversion.
  • The first A/B tests, when your traffic allows it.
  • Regular working sessions.
  • Access and accounts in your name, from the first day to the last.
  • The documentation of what was built and why, then the training of your team.

What is not

  • The redesign of the site: when its structure blocks the sale, it is a separate project, a WordPress site between $5,900 and $22,000, or a site managed with AI from $12,000 turnkey.
  • The website managed with AI: building it or migrating to it is a separate project.
  • Monthly follow-up of your pages after day 90: it carries on month to month, if you choose it.
  • Work outside the agreed scope, from $175 an hour, estimated and approved before it starts.
  • The management of your advertising campaigns: it belongs to the Optimize the profitability of your digital campaigns engagement.

Who it is for

We work with B2B companies whose site does not generate enough qualified requests. We also work with well-known B2C brands whose visitors look and then leave without buying, and with online stores whose traffic does not turn into sales.

A/B tests need volume: on a page with few visits, a test can hardly reach a conclusion. At that volume, we fix the obvious friction rather than running statistical tests.

The 30-minute call serves to check your eligibility, including the volume of traffic the tests need.

The conditions of the sprint

The clock. The 90 days start when access is handed over, not at signature. A delay on your side moves the calendar day for day. The agreed price stays the same as long as the agreed scope does not change.

Continuity. If you carry on after the report, we confirm the monthly rate with you, depending on the work to be done. What follows can still be ended on 30 days' notice.

Beyond the sprint

What can follow or be added

Monthly follow-up, page by page

After the sprint, the work can carry on month to month, on the pages that receive the traffic you want to convert or on the adjustments that weigh the most.

  • Every month, we prepare a variant or a change on each page.
  • We measure the result after 30 to 60 days, depending on your volume of traffic and conversions.
  • At low volume, we fix the obvious friction rather than running statistical tests.

The monthly CRO engagement is offered from $1,295 a month.

A redesign, when the structure blocks the sale

“Our site needs to be redone from top to bottom.”

A redesign is not always necessary. We redo the site when its structure itself prevents the sale. Otherwise, we fix what exists.

Designing a website is a separate project, a WordPress site between $5,900 and $22,000, or a site managed with AI from $12,000 turnkey.

Your questions

Frequently asked questions about your site's conversion

Do we need a lot of traffic to improve conversion?

Not to get started. Analyzing the visitor paths and fixing the obvious friction (the obstacles that make a visitor give up) can be done with little traffic. A/B tests need more volume: on a page with few visits, a test can hardly reach a conclusion. We then fix what blocks rather than running statistical tests.

Do I have to redo my whole site?

Not always. A redesign is often the most expensive solution. We redo the site when its structure itself blocks the sale. Otherwise, we fix what exists.

How does the engagement start?

With a 90-day sprint, from $6,500. The sprint starts with the conversion audit, which finds the leaks and ranks them by value. The fixes and the first tests follow on your priority pages, up to the day-90 report.

Can I order the audit only?

Yes. The conversion audit can also be ordered on its own, from $1,800 depending on the scope. It includes the recommendations and the plan belongs to you, whether or not the next steps happen with us.

What happens after the sprint?

You decide what comes next according to the results. The work can carry on month to month, from $1,295 a month. One variant or one change a month on whatever weighs the most in your conversions, measured over 30 to 60 days depending on your volume of traffic and conversions. You can also stop: the plan and the documentation belong to you.

Do we need a separate site to sell outside Quebec?

Rarely. Most of the time, it is enough to adapt how prices are displayed, delivery, social proof and the required notices rather than rebuild a site. It is conversion work before it is technical work.
