Attract customers with SEO and AI

Your customers search in Google and increasingly put their questions to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Copilot. We work so that they find your company there, without every visit depending on a paid click.

The 30-minute call with a partner is free.

We are proud to contribute to our clients' success.

What we often hear

Does this sound like you?

  • “We depend too much on advertising to get customers.”
  • “My competitors come up before me in Google.”
  • “We publish content and it changes nothing about our visibility.”
  • “Our site is big, but a large part of it is never found.”
  • “We are visible on social media and invisible in Google.”

The work

We start with a 90-day SEO sprint.

Here is what we do during those 90 days.

01

Fix the technical foundations

We start with indexing (the presence of your pages in Google), crawl budget (the number of pages Google agrees to go through), speed and structured data. These foundations decide how effective the five other parts are.

02

Organize architecture and internal linking

We organize your pages and the links between them so that your site's authority flows to the pages that sell instead of scattering.

03

Write content that answers a search

We write for what the buyer is really searching for. Each page is also structured so the AIs can cite it.

04

Build your authority

We develop the mentions, links and citations of your company on the sources that count for your market.

05

Build in AI visibility

We build your pages from day one so that answer engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude can pick them up.

06

Track your rankings

We track your rankings and your share of voice (the share of searches where you appear against your competitors) on your commercial queries, rather than on words that generate no sales.

The goal

Advertising stops the day you stop paying.

Organic visibility (the visits that arrive from Google and the AIs without a paid click) works differently. It requires an investment at the start, then it can keep producing with regular upkeep. For a company that is in it for the long run, it becomes an acquisition asset that can gain value over time.

We build that visibility in order. The technical foundations come first, because the way the engines read the site decides everything else. Architecture follows, then content and authority (the trust the engines give your site). From the start, we build in visibility in AI answer engines: a well-structured page serves both your organic search ranking and your chances of being cited by AI. A single monthly engagement covers both.

We also manage catalogues of several thousand products, where the work changes in nature. Our senior experts lead the engagement under the responsibility of a partner.

What gets measured: your rankings on your commercial queries, your share of voice, the demand captured, and the leads and sales that arrive from organic search.

Several languages, several markets

A Canadian strategy goes further than an English version.

Most Quebec sites have an English version built by translation, published once and never reworked. That version rarely ranks, because it answers words nobody searches for. The same problem repeats with a version meant for France written in Quebec French: it sounds off to a reader in Paris and misses their search vocabulary.

Since 2025, many Quebec companies have changed the order of their expansion priorities. The rest of Canada often comes first, because it is frequently the most profitable market to open. The details are on the page for the Develop a new market engagement.

  • Keyword research for each market. We validate on the ground the vocabulary of a buyer in Ontario, France or the United States, rather than deducing it from ours.
  • The structure of addresses and language markup. The subfolders, the language and region tags (hreflang) and their reciprocal declarations must be exact. Done badly, they create duplicate content and Google may choose the wrong page.
  • Content that is adapted rather than translated. The examples, references, units, compliance and social proof change from one market to the next. A translated page is recognizable and it often converts less.
  • Authority for each market. The sites that count in Ontario are not the ones that count in France. Authority does not transfer automatically from one market to another.
  • Separate tracking. We read rankings, traffic and conversions market by market rather than as a single total.

90-day sprint

How the sprint unfolds

  1. 01

    We do the SEO audit.

The SEO audit is part of the sprint and comes before any investment in content or development. It includes the GEO audit. The plan belongs to you, even if you stop there.

    • What the engines really crawl and index on your site, page by page.
    • The vocabulary of your buyers and the competitors that already hold those queries.
    • The real state of your figures: rankings, demand captured and quality of measurement.
    • A costed action plan that puts the quick wins first.
  2. 02

    We move forward in steps.

The sprint moves forward in steps, with regular working sessions. The foundations take up the first steps, because they decide the speed of everything else.

    • We lift the indexing blockages first: Google does not rank a page it does not crawl.
    • We correct the architecture and the internal linking where authority scatters.
    • We rewrite the pages that count most according to what the buyer is really searching for.
    • We repair measurement (connection with your CRM and tracking installed server-side) to decide on accurate figures.
    • The duration stays fixed. A request that comes in during a step is added to the task list and scheduled at the next step according to its value.

Technical fixes can produce effects within a few weeks. Ranking gains generally take 6 to 12 months: the sooner the foundations are laid, the sooner those gains can begin.

  3. 03

    We take stock.

The sprint ends on figures, a look back at what worked best and your decision.

    • Around day 75, the decision meeting presents the road map for the next 90 days, as options.
    • On day 90, the report with figures covers qualified leads, the demand captured and your rankings on commercial queries.
    • The look back at the sprint names what worked best, what we prioritize next and what we drop.
    • You carry on month to month or you stop there. Either way, the plan belongs to you.
  4. 04

    We train your teams.

The transfer of expertise is part of the sprint: you keep control, with or without us.

    • The access and the accounts are in your name, from the first day to the last.
    • You receive the technical documentation of what we built and of our reasons.
    • We train your team to publish on its own a page capable of ranking.

The investment

A flat-rate sprint

The sprint opens an engagement with no fixed duration. These 90 days lift the indexing blockages, correct the architecture and rewrite the pages that count most: these foundations can shorten the time before the first ranking gains. Organic visibility is then built month after month. On day 90, you decide what comes next according to the results.

The sprint milestones

  • Around week 2The SEO audit is delivered and presented.
  • Around week 4The first pieces of work are live: the indexing blockages are lifted and the architecture is corrected.
  • Around day 45The mid-point review takes stock of each piece of work, with the figures.
  • Around day 75The decision meeting presents the road map for the next 90 days, as options.
  • Day 90The report with figures covers the foundations in place, the first signals and the demand captured. You then decide what comes next.

90-day SEO sprint

From $8,500

This price covers the SEO audit (GEO audit included), three months of execution in steps and a report with figures on day 90.

The sprint lays the foundations and can deliver the first signals. Rankings are generally measured over a longer period, 6 to 12 months: that is the reason for what comes next.

The sprint is delivered on your current platform, WordPress or Shopify included. The website managed with AI is not part of it: it is a separate project, offered from $12,000 for a full build or migration, or from $5,200 to lay its foundations.

Then: the monthly SEO and GEO engagement carries on from $1,600 a month. GEO is included: one monthly plan covers organic search and visibility inside the AI engines.

Sprint starts are limited each month.

The framework

What the sprint includes and what it does not

What is included

  • The full SEO audit, GEO audit included, delivered and presented around week 2.
  • The technical foundations: indexing, speed and structured data.
  • The architecture and the internal linking (the links between your pages), corrected.
  • The pages that count most, rewritten according to what the buyer is really searching for.
  • Repaired measurement: your sales connected to your CRM (your customer management software) and tracking installed server-side (on your server rather than in the browser, so more reliable).
  • Tracking of your rankings and your share of voice on your commercial queries.
  • Regular working sessions.

What is not

  • The website managed with AI and any redesign: those are separate projects.
  • Content creation beyond the pages planned in the sprint.
  • Work outside the agreed scope, from $175 an hour, estimated and approved before it starts.
  • Day-to-day management of your advertising: it belongs to the Optimize the profitability of your digital campaigns engagement.

Who it is for

We work with B2B companies whose buyers search for a long time before contacting a supplier. We also work with B2C brands that want to turn their reputation on social media into lasting demand in Google, and with online stores with a large catalogue that want to depend less on advertising.

Your site must be in a state to take these changes. If it has become unmanageable, putting it back in order comes first.

Several brands, several domains or an unusual scope call for a custom arrangement. The 30-minute call serves precisely to determine that.

The conditions of the sprint

The clock. The 90 days start when access is handed over, not at signature. A delay on your side moves the calendar day for day. The agreed price stays the same as long as the agreed scope does not change.

Continuity. If you carry on after the report, we confirm the monthly rate with you, depending on the work to be done. What follows can still be ended on 30 days' notice.

Frequently asked questions about SEO and AI

How long does it take to see results in SEO?

Technical fixes can produce effects within a few weeks. Ranking gains on your commercial queries generally take 6 to 12 months. Once earned, rankings can hold with regular upkeep.

Do we need to publish content every week?

No. Publishing frequency does not help a page rank. One page that answers better than those already ranking is worth more than ten filler posts.

Can you manage a catalogue of several thousand products?

Yes. A large catalogue calls for particular work: indexing at scale, faceted navigation (the filters by size, colour or price) and category content in volume. We keep the site running smoothly throughout that work.

Do we need a separate domain for each market?

In the great majority of cases, no. Subfolders on your current domain (for example yoursite.com/en/) benefit from the authority already earned and are much simpler to manage. A separate domain is justified mostly when the brand, the offer or the legal entity really changes from one market to the next.

Do we have to pay separately to be visible in ChatGPT?

No. The sprint's SEO audit includes the GEO audit (visibility in AI answers). After that, a single monthly engagement covers your ranking in Google and your visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Copilot.
