A 12th Domus Award for Écohabitations Boréales

At the 2026 Domus Awards gala of the APCHQ Montréal Métropolitain, Écohabitations Boréales won its 12th Domus Award. In Quebec's residential construction industry, it is a recognition that matters.

The winning project, Lac Piché, took the honours in the “single-family or row housing unit, Standard” category. This 2,400 sq. ft. residence, certified LEED Silver and Novoclimat, opens onto the lake and the forest of Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson.

“This Domus Award reflects true teamwork,” the company writes, thanking its project managers, its carpenters, its partners and its clients.

Our collaboration

Building on the brand to better support sales.

Écohabitations Boréales had given an important place to its brand image and its awareness. That work showcased its projects and its positioning.

Our engagement was to build on those strengths to give more room to generating requests and supporting sales. The brand image remains essential: it inspires trust and helps future clients picture themselves. We worked to better connect that strength to the steps taken by people considering a construction project.

Analysis and action plan

Understand the initiatives in place. Define the next priorities.

  1. 01Analysis and priorities
  2. 02Website optimization
  3. 03Google Ads launch

We started by analyzing the existing marketing actions and the website's role in generating requests. That step allowed us to define an action plan to better align visibility, the visitor experience and the sales goals.

We then optimized the site for organic search, visibility in AI-generated answers and conversion, before launching our Google Ads campaigns. A coordinated approach to better support visitors, from their first search to getting in touch.

The website · SEO, GEO and conversion

A website that inspires trust and makes getting in touch easy.

The projects of Écohabitations Boréales give people a reason to take an interest in the company. The website then has to help visitors understand its offer and consider the next step of their project.

We optimized the site by combining three goals: improving its visibility on Google, making its offer easier for AI systems to understand and encouraging visitors to get in touch. SEO, GEO and conversion optimization thus serve the same business intent: generating more opportunities to talk with future clients.

All of it respects the company's world and the place its projects hold in the decision. The quality of the presentation and the clarity of the path work together to support the sales process.
